She’s currently the Chief Product Officer at Postscript, shaping the future of AI-driven conversational marketing. Previously, as VP of Product at Dutchie, she led product, R&D ops, and design. At Twilio, she built global teams, led the $3.2B Segment acquisition, and defined Twilio’s B2C CRM strategy.

Chiara’s roots run deep in startups—she co-founded Bizzy, the first all-female team backed by Y Combinator, making behavioral marketing accessible for ecommerce brands. After Bizzy’s acquisition by SendGrid, she led SendGrid Labs to explore multichannel communication, seeing the company through its IPO and eventual acquisition by Twilio.
